All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a book has been purchased.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your book, but if your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly send a replacement copy.
To receive a replacement, please email a photo of the damage and your order number to Joshua@JBreault.com within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Free Pick-up Option
If you have selected "Free Pick-up" option you will receive an email with a link to schedule a pick-up time. As a newer author working, there are a limited number of pick-up times available per day. If these do not work, please reach out to me at Joshua@JBreault.com so we can make alternative time arrangements. All pick-ups will be at 28 Maple St, South Hadley, MA 01075. If circumstances change and shipping is needed after checkout, we can gladly accomodate for the same $7.00 standard shipping cost we offer through our online store.
